Code4Software LLC, (as Code4Mobile) is committed to keeping any and all personal information collected of those individuals that visit our website or make use of our apps accurate,
confidential, secure, and private. Our privacy policy has been designed and created to ensure those affiliated with Code4Software LLC and associated brand names that our commitment
to privacy meets and exceeds privacy standards required by the US Government, EU Safe Harbor, Google, and Apple.
Therefore, this Privacy Policy Agreement shall apply to Code4Software LLC, Code4Mobile, and Flower Farmer and thus it shall govern any and all data collection and usage thereof.
Through the use of the Flower Farmer App or http://www.flower-farmer.com website, you are herein consenting to the following data procedures expressed within this agreement.
Collection of Information
The Flower Farmer App and Website collect various types of information, such as: automatic logging of game play activity and visits to our website,
which can include third-party tracking technologies and server logs.
We also gather information about the type of device you are using, browser used in the case of website visits, IP address, and types of operating systems
used to assist us in providing and maintaining superior quality service.
Emails sent to support@flower-farmer.com are retained for seven years, with the sender email account being entered into a database of support requests.
This support database is for internal use only and the data within is never shared with any external third party.
This Privacy Policy may be amended with additional types of information collected, and such updates will be clearly listed by date at the top of this policy.
Use of Information
Code4Software LLC does require the use of an email address for the creation of the initial player account name, but this email address is never used or verified
as only the format of an email address and system-wide uniqueness is required for the account name to be accepted.
No personal information is collected or associated with this email address, nor is this email address used for internal emails or shared with other third parties.
Code4Software LLC does not now, nor intends in the future to sell, rent, or lease any customer information of any kind to any third parties.
Code4Software archives all in-game chat for no less than seven years, and may review the in-game chat to gleam what types of services and/or
products may be most popular to customers or the general public.
Code4Software LLC may disclose any collected information, without prior notice to you, only if required in accordance with applicable laws and/or in a good faith belief
such action is deemed necessary or is required in an effort to remain in conformance with any decrees, laws, and/or statutes in an effort to comply with any process which
is legally served upon Code4Software LLC.
Children under the age of Thirteen (13)
Code4Software LLC does not collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen, excluding the initial email address used for unique account
creation, which is not used in any way other than account access and login. If for any reason it is determined that personal identifiable information has been collected
by Code4Software, all necessary steps shall be taken to ensure such information is permanently and irretrievably deleted from our systems.
Unsubscribe or Opt-Out
All users and/or visitors of the Flower Farmer App and www.flower-farmer.com website have the option to discontinue their accounts and have all traces of their activity removed
from our systems. To discontinue use of our systems and to have all data removed, please send an email to unsubscribe@flower-farmer.com. Third-party data tracked by third party
products like Google Analytics, will be in aggregate and not specifically identifiable to any particular user, and will remain in the third party datasets.
Security
Code4Software LLC shall endeavor and take every precaution to maintain adequate physical, procedural, and technical security with respect to our offices and information storage
facilities as to greatly mitigate any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of the data under our control.
Changes to Privacy Policy Agreement
Code4Software LLC reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy, and as such, we will post those changes to our privacy policy page at
http://www.flower-farmer.com/privacy.html so that our users and visitors are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and under what
circumstances , if any, we may disclose such information. Any substantial changes that are vastly different from that which was stated when the information was initially
collected, the user or users shall be notified by in-app messaging or posting to the Flower Farmer home page. Users will always be presented with an opportunity to opt
out of the updated method, as allowed by law.
Acceptance of Terms
Through the use of this website and/or Flower Farmer app, you are hereby accepting the terms and condition stipulated within the aforementioned Privacy Policy Agreement.
If you are not in agreement with our terms and conditions, then you should refrain from further use of our App or website. In addition, your continued use of our app or website
following the posting of any updates or changes to our terms and conditions shall mean that you are in agreement and acceptance of such changes.
